ORA-00001: unique constraint violated

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC)

Getting below error intermittently on some order during performance test. When submit same payload manually it go through.

OSM Version: 7.3.5.1.21


Failed to create and start the order due to java.lang.RuntimeException: com.mslv.oms.OMSException: An error occurred in database. Please contact your system administrator with below error.
