Advance pricing discount and FOC item

Hi，

Please advice if can setup below scenarios in JDE E1.

1/ % Discount by selling amount ($) 

Example : 

Selling customer A with Item A by order

$1000 get discount 5%

$3000 get discount 7%

$5000 get discount 8%

$10000 get discount 12%

2/ FOC by selling amount ($)

Example :

Selling customer A with item A by order

$15000 get FOC 2 units Item B

$50000 get FOC 5 units Item B

$100000 get FOC 12 units Item B
