Translation Synchronization Patch is NOT delivering translation corrections to ECC

Is TSP not handling ECC translation corrections like translation corrections for all other EBS objects ?

We need to make translation corrections that have been added to Oracle repository for a language other than Base lang English.

Have requested TSP patch as per (Doc ID 252422.1) but there are no corrections for ECC objects found in the patch, and no <prod>_ecc.zip included in the TSP patch. Applying the patch all corrections are reflected to EBS modules other than ECC.

We are planning ECC upgrade from V3 to V5 on PROD in 2 weeks and are adding a new language. The customer has requested translation corrections that have been added to Oracle Language Repository.
