Work Order Commitments Analysis

How can I view which work orders have hard commitments to an item? Is there an inquiry, such as there is for sales orders?

If not, what tables/fields might help me analyze this using SQL? Despite running the WO repost regularly, we have many work order hard commitments that we believe are not valid.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. This is a frustrating situation for our warehouse.
