Oracle 19 OS Certification

Hi All,

Apologies if this is in the wrong category or has been answered previously, I have searched but not found a definitive answer.

We are planning on moving our Oracle 19 databases from HP-UX to SLES 12 SP4. I have searched the certification matrix to ensure the new combination is certified and found the following....


Does this mean that only base release 19.0.0.0 is certified? Or maybe that all minor releases of 19c are certified unless explicitly stated otherwise? Basically, what does the "No Record" actually mean?
