Group Resource's assignment cannot be cancelled nor debrief approved or in SR Form

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) Question

The following error message is prompted, when the status of the Group Resource tried changed to 'Cancel, Debrief Approved or to any other status' and hence status will not change: "INV-ROW NOT FOUND (JTF_TASK_HOOK_RETURN_ERROR=N) (CSP_PARTS_REQUIREMENT.TASK_ASS=N)(523=)".

Though there is part requirement against this task which is fully received.
