EBS upgrade to 12.2.10 - DSNO file missing 2200 Row for Sold To

Client is upgrading from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 and now when DSNO is extracted the Sold To information in row 2200 of DSNO flat file is missing. Worked fine in 12.1.3. Tried adding a Sold To Business Purpose Code in Receivables and then re-extracting same DSNO Delivery but that did not resolve issue.

Anyone else experience same during EBS upgrade?
