Reporting on Dependents that have been removed from coverage in BSS

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are thick into getting ready to implement Benefits Self Service and know that we cannot remove dependents from there. That is ok.. BUT.. Is there a way that someone has come up with to report against dependents that have been removed from coverage?

I am thinking there has to be something out here that someone has.... If nothing else just to get me pointed in the right direction.
