Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 1.Is is mandatory to run collection re-built on WCC once its Database is migrated from 12 to 19c?

2.What are the areas i can look when WCC search is not working as normal .It works on certain criteria but fails on other. for example -

Search on only release date - 4may2021-5may2021 (works well )
Search on Content ID = IDC_PN373897772

Gives 'Unable to retrieve search results. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results.

Encountered an exception while executing a query'

Search on Content ID (as a substring) +Release date = works well
Search on Content Id (starts)+Release date gives Unable to retrieve search results.
