Able to Suppress Activities in PMs; BUT Unable to View, Modify or Cancel Them

Oracle EBS 12.1.3

We are able to configure PMs with multiple Activities and have them run through their cycles without difficulty; however, when we start using suppression, there have been times when we wanted to either modify or even cancel a suppressed activity (or the activity that is suppressing others) but we are not able to do this, and in fact, we cannot even see the suppressions that have been applied to a PM assigned activity.

The User's Guide states that Suppressed Activities can be modified, removed or otherwise edited yet I don't find clear guidance on how to do that. I feel like I'm missing something here--are others able to do this--and how?
