OEM 13.4 R7 and Struts-1.3.8 in BI

I updated from 13.3 to 13.4 U7. I'm still getting scan hits on the struts-1.3.8 files. I thought the 13.4 upgrade would have taken care of those files. What is the best way to fix this?
