Changing physical host for Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.4

We are going to change the physical host where the Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.4 server is running. We'll shut down the current server and start it running into a new physical host, keeping the same IPs and names (DNS). Can we have any technical or license issue with this change?. Should we apply any configuration or licence change in the server after starting it in the new physical host?. Any technical documentation we could use as a guide?. We use Hyperion Planning and HFM applications.

Current Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.4 server is a virtual machine (VM) under VMWare Hypervisor.

We’ll copy the current VM to the new physical host (in a distinct data center) using Veeam Backup.
