One of the application job running 3 times in a week, (i.e, Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Here, job is running fine on Monday as expected, but on Wednesday & Friday takeing 2 hrs more time to be completed, what is the reason, how we can resolve this issue.

CPU & Memory (Server) is running normal, and there is no backend jobs are running… only one application job is running..
