Oracle Universal Installer Abnormal program termination on Windows 10

Hi, I am getting the Abnormal termination error trying to install the workflow builder on a Windows 10 machine.

I am not sure where it keeps crashing. It does go through the prerequisite checks but then gives me this error. What can I do to be able to install it?
