Wired time changes in the alert log

in Database Administration (MOSC) Question

Hi I am seeing wired time changes as below, is this possible for time to change as, and my environment is OEL 6.7 and database is 11.2.0.4.0 (this is the database instance for an EBS application. My comments starts with ">>". Some places I can see the time has gone backswords al together. Is this possible. and I am attaching the full log for reference

ALTER SYSTEM ARCHIVE LOG >> something is doing the alert not sure who or what at the moment
