Does anyone have guidelines for how to enter an amendment in Lease Administration?

We are seeing issues with creating amendments in Lease Administration. All the amounts appear allocated when we save the amendment but after we activate it we are seeing unallocated dollars. We are also seeing anything with base rent/incentives chartfield sequence getting changed. I have logged a couple Oracle SR's but thought I would see if anyone has any suggestions.

When creating amendments on the financial term page of the Base Rent Details there is a start and end date. We are seeing if we change those the unallocated amount shows up after activating the amendment.

What should the Accounting Date and Transaction Date be on the Financial Summary page?
