Talent Acquisition tables and Workflow

In PeopleSoft (for North America) 9.2, I'm trying to figure out what the link is between Talent Acquisition Manager tables and workflow tables EOAW_STEPINST and/or EOAW_USERINST. I need to link the information between these tables to develop a report.

Is there some table that can be used? Is so how?
