Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is there a downloadable QCOW2 image for Oracle Linux 8?

I have only found version 7 and earlier for downloadable qcow2 images that can be used in OpenStack (for example)

Or is there a documented procedure for converting an Oracle Linux 8 ISO to an image for OpenSTack?
