Unifier Base Commit Quantity and Unit of Measure not populating to Payment Application

We are on Unifier Version: 20.12.2 b-02022021-04.

Quantity and Unit of Measure fields at the line item level from Base Commit are not populating to the Payments Application grid line. Also these values are not populating to the SOV of type Payment Application. Has anyone experience the same issue and are there any possible solutions for this issue?
