Oracle VM hosted inside OVS is not pinging from outside

Hello,

I have an oracle VM hosted in OVS and after powering on the Oracle VM, it is not pingable or accessible from outside. However, I am able to access the VM via console.

Recently, I migrated this Oracle VM to another OVS and powered it on there. After that, the server is not accessible remotely. Any input here would be of great help.
