Oracle Database Appliance RDBMS Clone versions

We are running ODA Release 12.2.1.4.0 on X7-2 S Bare Metal

The database versions are Oracle 12.1.0.2.180417 and Oracle 11.2.0.4.180417

Can we upgrade/re-image to ODA Release 19.5+ and still preserve these database home versions?

We'd also like to install Oracle Database 19.0.0.0

Is this possible or do we have to install the RDBMS home for the specific ODA release?
