Personalize Grid can‘t be used in Visual Assist

I found that in Visual Assist, you can't use thePersonalize Grid . For example, In P4312, I open the location search screen. adjusting the column width, click the Save button,

Enter Grid Format Manger, then click the Save button to name it, it will always be in the processing state. Is this normal processing?
