Financial Aid Shopping Sheet needs for current Veteran students

Hi ,

My campus has requirement to have Financial Aid shopping Sheet assigned to prospect Veterans.

Generally Pre-requisite is Student needs to Enrolled Fall or Spring Term as well completed FAFSA and shopping was added manually to the student on need basis by FA Staff.

is there any way we can automate this for all the Veteran Group student instead of doing it manually
