Row 1 Error : You must have a Document Deliverables attachment before completing a deliverables

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am getting an Error after attaching document (.docx) when clicking on Apply button in the update Deliverable progress page workplan-> Deliverables -> progress tab

Deliverable type class is 'Document'

Row 1 Error : You must have a Document Deliverables attachment before completing a deliverables of this type
