Change Assistant Version 4.2.5.0 Fails To Download and Deploy ESUs With Visual Studio 2017

Hi Team,

As per the 2461356.1/2415818.1 i have downloaded and installed the Visual Studio 2017 Redistributable files from microsoft.com website both 32 and 64 bit redistributables on deployment server, but still i receive the below error. Could you pls help. Thanks.
