BI Publisher Report Deliver failed using FTP

We are using BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.160719.

While scheduling report using FTP , delivery fails with Warning status- Delivery Failed. Document processing is successful.

Could you please guide me on what are the things checked or process executed when a report job runs for status to show Delivery Failed/Success and Document Processing failed/success?

There isn't any error or warnings in Scheduler Diagnostic page.

Please suggest how to get details on the error for FTP and troubleshoot the issue.
