AHF 21.1.1 not working when redact=mask

Automatic collection was done when I ran into a 7445, however the only files present in the collection directory were 4 files (2 log files plus the .json and the .txt). The .zip wasn't there. I ran a manual collection and saw the same thing (ie. no .zip). Here is what I saw (I changed the hostname and db name in the output below):
