Import Price Catalog - Process Rejected Without Errors

Hello,

For updating description (comments) for blanket purchase agreement , I am trying to use interface tables and using Import Price Catalogs.

I have inserted the below mentioned columns in po_headers_interface and executed Import Price Catalogs; the issue I am facing is PROCESS_CODE is changed to REJECTED and there are no errors in po_interface_errors tables. What could be the reason? As my requirement is only to update description, I have not inserted records in po_lines_interface tables. Appreciate any insight or help.
