Tracking form and report usage

Has anyone had any success tracking or reporting on which forms are accessed within Hyperion 11.2 on-premise ?

We are looking to streamline the number and variety of forms and having that information would be very useful. Understanding the user preferences would indicate some successful designs.

Is it possible for reports as well ?
