Oracle EBS 12.2.10 - DSNO Line 2200 missing in flat file

Client upgrading from 12.1 to 12.2.10 successfully extracted an ASN/DSNO file but file is missing the 2200 Sold To data. Based on the Sell To I had them add a Business Purpose of Sold To to existing Sell To and re-extract - no 2200 line again.

SR was opened but I do not have access to this SR as I am not authorized.

Just curious if anyone in Support Community has seen this issue when upgrading to 12.2.10.
