Has someone issue with this file of DISA installation (Desktop Integration Siebel Agent)?

Microsoft Defender ATP identifies this file located: "C:/DISA/DesktopIntSiebelAgent/plugins/SiebelTestAutomation/Framework/exe/downloadbip.exe" as possible Trojan/Malware.
