The tax is not available during in tax details for AP invoice

Hello,

I try to introduce the VAT for Oman. I created the new tax rate under existing regime and status. The problem is once I try to test it for AP invoice, I am not able to choose Tax from LOV in tax details tab. Only regime is visible there. Could you please advise what should be checked?
