Database user modified date

Hi team,

I receive yet another question from our Security team regarding database user modified date. They would like to know is there a way to get that information or not?

By looking our database 12.1 I know that there is password change date stored in table sys.user$ , but as far as I know there is no user modified date stored in any table.

Am I wrong here or not?
