How to handle shift differentials on reported time?
Currently we are on HCM 9.2/PT 8.56.15 and have always used different TRC's and time and labor rules to handle our shift differentials. We are going to be implementing some changes where only certain locations get the higher shift differential and we know in our currently practice we would need to add additional TRC's and rules for that location to separate them out from the other locations. Wondering if there is a different practice people use for handling multiple shift differentials within the same company by different by location. We can't
