Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) x Oracle B2B Service Integratiob

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to integrate ODA with B2B Service the same way that the integration between ODA and B2C Service (RightNow) works.

Looking in the ODA documentation, I only found the integration configuration with B2C.

If it is not possible, do you guys know if with some customizations is it possible to integrate both tools?
