Item not returnable - Configurated Item

Hello Guru,

I have an situation where unable to return an configurated item. I am getting an error "Item is not returnable ".This issue occurs only in this item only not sure what difference this item has with other item which has the same item attributes

. Please find the screenshot of two different return order.
