ePerformance Query Table - Self Eval

What query table is best to monitor self-evaluation status? I attempted to use EP_APPR_ROLE, but if the documents have not been touched by the employee or manager, there is no data in the table for that document ID number. We are trying to create queries that division administrators can run themselves, and having blank data pull back is not ideal. Ideas?
