How to query the Contracts tables to find underlying data about CONTRACT Documents and Notes TAB

Hi Everyone,

I'm working on a BI Publisher report to bring contract details, not sure which tables have the data pertaining to 'Documents' and 'Notes' tab of the Contracts module.

Any ideas?
