How to diagnose unable to launch Reports from Forms?

Hi,

I've been getting Oracle Support to help figure out some issues with my Reports (new Reports installation) and they've been able to get me running Reports running from rwclient and from the web.

What they haven't been able to help me with is running the Oracle Reports from a form.

Some background

  1. We're running Oracle Forms & Reports 6i and I'm migrating them as required to Forms & Reports 12c (currently on 12.2.1.3).
  2. I migrated several hundred forms using the Forms Migration Assistant.
  3. These are running on an Oracle Linux 7 host.

I have three ways I know of to run reports:

  1. web.show_document
