Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How Can I make the system take the item´s description in the language from buyer and not from supplier in P4310?

My client has release 9.2 en E1.
