How does your institution handle Activity Guide instances?

Hello,

We are working on implementing Fluid Life Events in our University. While working through the life events, I noticed that the Activity Guide instances tend to linger around even after 31 days has passed (which is the limit set by ADOA) for the event. The activity Guide instance also stays after the event has been finalized. I was thinking we might need to periodically clear out instances that are 31+ days old or when event has been finalized.

I would like to know what other institutions are doing for this.
