Oracle EM 13.4 RU 10 and Patch 32097173(WLS) for CVE-2020-14750

Our Security department asked to check for CVE-2020-14750 (WLS - October 2020 Critical Patch Update) in relation to our EM 13.4 RU 7 we have on 2 production systems.

Will the EM 13.4 RU 10 (February 26th 2021) contain the patch (Patch 32097173) for mitigating CVE-2020-14750 on WLS for the OMS?

If not, will be included on a future Release Update of EM 13.4?
