Rejecting calls

Hello,

I'd need to reject calls and I'd need to insert Reason headers.

I wrote a 'reject' type HMR for INVITE method and there was a 'insert header' rule adding a Reason header. Invites are rejected, but the Reason in not inserted. Is there any other way how to get it done?
