deinstall not completed on version 11.2.0.1

in Database Administration (MOSC) 7 comments

Hello,


I need support to understand how to proceed to deinstalla oracle home from a RAC env.

I have the following sw:

Installed Top-level Products (1):


Oracle Database 11g                                                 11.2.0.1.0

There are 1 products installed in this Oracle Home.



Interim patches (1) :


Patch 9952216     : applied on Wed Nov 10 11:53:48 CET 2010



When I execute deinstall, procedure is not complete and in logs directory on inventory I just can see the following error:

oracle.sysman.oii.oiip.oiipg.OiipgRemoteOpsException: Error in checking status of file '/tmp/install' on node 'hostname' . []

   at oracle.sysman.oii.oiip.oiipg.OiipgClusterOps.throwRemoteOpsException(OiipgClusterOps.java:2491)

   at oracle.sysman.oii.oiip.oiipg.OiipgClusterOps.fileExistsOnNode(OiipgClusterOps.java:2222)
