Are TFA issues logged somewhere?

The result of tfactl status returned:

WARNING - TFA Software is older than 180 days. Please consider upgrading TFA to the latest version.

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

Want to find why it is not running, since nothing was done in the environment, so would like to know if there is some kind of log where I could find the cause.

Would also like to know why the warning message was issued, since AHF was installed on the 1st of April, so, not 180 days ago.

After AFH installation, when tfactl status was issued, it returned:
