Peoplesoft 9.2 Expense Mileage Calculator Feature not working

in Enterprise Service Automation (ESA) - PSFT (MOSC) 5 comments

Hello,

We are currently planning to implement the mileage calculator feature for Peoplesoft Expense. We referred document - Doc ID 2570554.1 for the setup. The service operation is active too. When we click on the calculate GPS distance, we are getting following error. Is there any additional step that we need to take care of? As far as I understand, we don't need any additional licenses to use this functionality, or do we?

Please let me know if you need screenshot of our setup.
