RTI error during Putaway: ORA-20015: Complete a pending operation instance in Package WMS_ATF_RUNTIM

Hello,

Our client using oracle WMS. The putaway is going into RTI error as below.


Unable to complete operation. Please check log for details|ORA-20015: Complete a pending operation instance in Package WMS_ATF_RUNTIME_PUB_APIS Procedure Complete_Operation_Instance

Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.
