DDP003 or PAY003 not producing PDF

Hi,

I'm trying to run the DDP003/PAY003 sqr to get PDF, in the .OUT it is showing that the check is processed but the PDF is missing from process monitor/report manager

Other programs are generating PDF, so no issues with PDF creation.Only these 2 programs are not creating PDF output

can anyone suggest what might be missing
