Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can someone please help me how can i fetch the working shift details to be fetched in the absence conversion fast formula

currently i am using PER_EXT_SCH_ASG_SCHEDULE_NAME

ANC_ASSIGNED_SHIFT_DURATION_ARR this is not returning the value in hours
