How to remove or group duplicate data in RTF template

I want to group the last column as the first ones, but I haven't been to be able to do, I'm using OBI Desktop from Word as an editor. The first columns are group by the table assistance but the last one I can´t, The attached file it's just an example because I need to show no duplicate data, I can´t to do it form the SQL query because in the Database this information is duplicated. I need to find the way to organize here.
